I entered, but don't see my baby's photo. Why is that?
Photos are not immediately displayed. Entries are reviewed one by one. You will receive an email letting you know if your entry has been approved or declined for the contest. It can take up to 2 business days for a photo to be reviewed.

Why would my photo be declined?
Reasons might include (but are not limited to) another person being visible in the photo. No persons may be visible in the photo other than the one baby. That includes people visible in the background or just a small portion of another person visible. Your photo might also not have been one of the first 500 eligible entries to have been received. Please see the
Official Rules for all details on requirements.

Why doesn't my password work?
If you're having trouble logging in try our
Login Help Page.

When will we know if we made it to the next round?
You'll have to check the voting page once each round begins to see which photos have advanced to that round.

I have more than one baby I'd like to enter.
The contest is limited to one entry per person. If you have more than one child within the age restrictions, their photo must be entered by another parent or guardian.

Why does the order of the photos change?
Our goal is to make sure the contest is as fair as possible. Occasionally the display order of the photos will be re-sorted randomly. The photo order or any numbers associated with that order is not a reflection of ranking or any other determining factor.

Why do I have to enter a code now when voting?
For technical reasons, we have just implemented a CAPTCHA requirement for each vote placed (in accordance with Section 15 of B97’s general contest rules). It might slow down the voting process a bit but it will help us to keep the contest running smoothly and keep you all honest! Remember, votes are just a small part of the judges’ final decision. But the more you vote, the more you raise the overall visibility to the public of your favorites. Good luck!
