Hot Body 2011 - Official Contest Rules
These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom New Orleans, LLC d/b/a WEZB-FM (“Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 400 Poydras Street, Suite 800, New Orleans, LA, 70130 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.b97.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
HOW TO ENTER
1.No purchase necessary to enter or win the Contest.
2.The contest entry period will begin at 12:00pm (CT) March 31, 2011 and end on the earlier of 11:59pm (CT), April 10, 2011 or the point at which three hundred (300) entries have been received and verified (as described below).
3.Persons wishing to enter the contest (each a “Contestant”) must submit to the Station: one photograph depicting only themselves as the Contestant, their name, address, email address, age and telephone number(s), by going to www.b97.com and clicking on the graphical “Hot Body ” entry link and then uploading their photo submission and information as described above. Photographs submitted for entry will only be accepted in the .jpeg photo format. Each specific entry submitted must be complete -- incomplete entries will be void (do not send photographs and information separately -- they will be invalid entries).
4.No person but the Contestant of the contest may be depicted in any way in the photo and by entering this contest the Contestant consents to use of the photograph by Station in any manner it sees fit with no compensation to the Contestant. Photographs with any other person(s) depicted in them will be ineligible and will be disqualified.
5.As a condition of entry, the entrant must affirmatively check a box or an “I agree” button expressly confirming the following:
•Contestant represents and warrants that he/she is over 18 years of age.
•Contestant represents and warrants that he/she own the rights to, or have obtained permission to use, the photo submitted with the entry.
•Contestant represents and warrants that there is only one person visible in the attached photo and that person depicted is the Contestant.
•Contestant represents and warrants that he/she authorizes Station to post the photo on Station’s website or social network sites or use the photo in any other way Station sees fit.
•Contestant agrees and acknowledges that Station, Planet Beach Contempo Spa, The New Orleans Zephyrs, Sweet Art Photography Studio and their respective affiliates, parents, employees, agents and all other related sponsors may use for advertising and/or promotional purposes, Contestant’s name, image, photo submission, other entry materials and/or biographical information on radio, TV broadcasts, newspaper advertisements, on websites and/or any other medium in connection with participation in this contest or otherwise without the payment of any additional compensation.
•Contestant understands and agrees that Station shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the photo submitted, whether or not the photo is selected as a winner, and Contestant agrees to sign any documents requested by Station to evidence such transfer of ownership.
•By submitting a photo in a Station contest, Contestant agrees to indemnify Station should any representations and warranties made by Contestant herein or in the applicable contest rules prove to be false or inaccurate.
•Contestant acknowledges and agrees that the contest rules are available to him/her at www.b97.com, has had an opportunity to review them before entering this contest and agrees to be legally bound by those contest rules. Contest rules are also available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours between 8:30am (CT) and 5:30pm (CT) at the Station’s studios located at 400 Poydras Street, Suite 800, New Orleans, LA, 70130.
6.Each Contestant may submit only one (1) entry in this contest. Multiple entries from the same Contestant will be discarded (only the first entry received will be potentially eligible to participate).
7.NO NUDITY, UNDERWEAR OR LINGERIE. Contestants must be dressed in at least swimwear which would be considered acceptable by ordinary community standards as determined at Station’s sole discretion and with no obligation to verify or investigate whether or not clothing is underwear or lingerie. Photographs in which the Contestant is determined to be wearing questionable clothing will be subject to review by station judges and may be disqualified at the sole discretion of station staff and/or management.
8.By entering this contest, Contestants understand and agree that Station may elect to use any entry submitted for entertainment purposes on-air and may choose to comment on, mock, poke fun at, and/or mimic any entry submitted. Contestants waive any right to make any claim against Station or any contest sponsors with respect to any comments - disparaging or otherwise - made on-air regarding such Contestant’s entry.
9.By submitting a picture to the Station for this contest, each Contestant authorizes the Station to post such photo to the Station’s website at www.b97.com. Not all entry photos received will be posted to the Station’s website.
10.Photograph entries must not contain any indecency, profanity or obscenity as determined by Station in its sole discretion. Photograph entries must not contain or depict any exposed “private parts” (including, without limitation, breasts and buttocks) and must not contain any registered trade/servicemark or other copyrighted material other than those owned or licensed by the Contestants or the Station or a Contest Sponsor. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST AND SUBMITTING PHOTOGRAPH, THE CONTESTANT IS REPRESENTING TO STATION THAT THE USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF SUCH PHOTOGRAPH WILL NOT VIOLATE OR INFRINGE UPON THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COPYRIGHTS OF OTHERS. By submitting a picture, Contestants agree to indemnify Station should any representations and warranties in these contest rules prove to be false or inaccurate.
HOW TO WIN
11.The Grand Prize Winner will be determined in the following manner:
i.On Thursday, April 14th, 2011, Contestant pictures will be posted on-line at the Station’s website at www.b97.com by approximately 9pm (CT). Listeners will then be able to vote for their favorite Contestant, from among up to three hundred (300) photos (“Qualifier(s)”) online, as many times as they wish (subject to Station’s right to implement limits as set forth in the general contest rules) until April 25, 2011 at 12pm (CT). Up to two hundred (200) Qualifiers selected by Station will continue to the next round of the contest based on any lawful criteria Station judges deems desirable. VOTES WILL NOT BE A DETERMINING FACTOR. Selection of the entries to go to the next round are in Station’s discretion and Station will take many factors into consideration, including votes as just one of many factors. In the event that fewer than three hundred (300) entries are received, this first voting round will not end as scheduled but will continue until the end of the next scheduled voting week in which the planned remaining number of Qualifiers is below the original total. For example, if one hundred ninety nine (199) Qualifiers are verified by April 14, 2011 voting on such Qualifiers will continue until May 9, 2011 at 12pm (CT) and one hundred (100) Qualifiers will continue on in the contest.
ii.On Monday, April 25, 2011, the pictures of the remaining two hundred (200) Qualifiers will be posted on-line at the Station’s website at www.b97.com by approximately 9pm (CT). Listeners will then be able to vote for their favorite Contestant from among that contest period’s Qualifiers online as set forth above (i.e. voting will not be determinative) until May 9, 2011 at 12pm (CT). Up to one hundred (100) Qualifiers selected by Station will continue to the next round of the contest based on any lawful criteria Station judges deems desirable as described in subsection (i) above.
iii.On Monday, May 9, 2011, the pictures of the remaining one hundred (100) Qualifiers will be posted on-line at the Station’s website at www.b97.com by approximately 9pm (CT). Listeners will then be able to vote for their favorite Contestant from among that contest period’s Qualifiers online as set forth above (i.e. voting will not be determinative) until May 23, 2011 at 12pm (CT). Up to fifty (50) Qualifiers selected by Station will continue to the next round of the contest based on any lawful criteria Station judges deems desirable as described in subsection (i) above.
iv.On Monday, May 23, 2011, the pictures of the remaining fifty (50) Qualifiers will be posted on-line at the Station’s website at www.b97.com by approximately 9pm (CT). Listeners will then be able to vote for their favorite Contestant from among that contest period’s Qualifiers online as set forth above (i.e. voting will not be determinative) until June 6, 2011 at 12pm (CT). Up to ten (10) Qualifiers selected by Station will continue to the next round of the contest based on any lawful criteria Station judges deems desirable as described in subsection (i) above.
v.On Monday, June 6, 2011, the pictures of the remaining ten (10) Qualifiers will be posted on-line at the Station’s website at www.b97.com by approximately 9pm (CT). Listeners will then be able to vote for their favorite Contestant from among that contest period’s Qualifiers online as set forth above (i.e. voting will not be determinative) until June 22, 2011 at 12pm (CT).
vi.On Wednesday, June 22, 2011 the potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected by Station from among the final ten Qualifiers and his/her name will be announced on the air at approximately 5pm (CT) on June 22, 2011. The potential Grand Prize Winner need not listen in order to win. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by the station. Grand Prize Winner will be selected based on evaluation of the submitted photo (in their subjective opinion) and/or any other any lawful criteria Station judges deem desirable, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these contest rules. Station judges will take the number of votes received into consideration but voting will not be a determining factor in the selection of the winner. Should the potential grand prize winner not meet the eligibility requirements or is disqualified for any other reason, an Alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected by Station but in the event such Alternate Grand Prize Winner does not meet eligibility requirements or is disqualified, no Grand Prize will be awarded in this Contest.
PRIZES
12.There will only be one (1) Grand Prize awarded in this contest valued at $1250.00 and includes:
•Gift certificate to Planet Beach Contempo Spa valid for 6 month membership at co-op locations and including all spa services, tanning and 50% off mystic services. Valued at $500.
•Gift Certificate from the New Orleans Zephyrs valid for 50 reserved seats at 2011 New Orleans Zephyrs home games, must be redeemed by 9/1/11, and is only good for 2011 season. Valued at $500.
•Gift Certificate to Sweet Art Photography Studio including a 90 minute photo session, choice of 2 backgrounds, up to 3 outfit changes, private online proofing gallery and 24 retouched proofs to order from. Valued at $250.

OTHER RULES
14.Contestants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
