B97 “My Pet Rox the Black and Gold”
Contest Rules

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom New Orleans, LLC d/b/a WEZB (“Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 400 Poydras Street Suite 800 New Orleans, LA 70130 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.b97.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

How to Enter
1.No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest.

2.To enter, from Monday September 12, 2011 at 12am CT through Wednesday September 21, 2011 at 5pm CT, go to www.b97.com, click on the “My Pet Rox the Black and Gold” entry link and then provide and submit the following information:
(a) Your contact information (name, address, daytime telephone number, email address)
(b) a photograph depicting only your pet(s), which must be in a “jpeg” file format and Station recommends (but does not require) that it have a “black and gold theme”; and
(c) as a condition of entry, affirmatively check a box or an “I agree” button expressly confirming the following:
•Entrant represents and warrants that he/she is over 18 years of age.
•Entrant represents and warrants that he/she own the rights to, or have obtained permission to use, the photo submitted with the entry.
•Entrant represents and warrants just their pet(s) are visible in the attached photograph and that NO person is visible in the photo (no matter how far away or obscured).
•Entrant represents and warrants that he/she authorizes Station to post the photo on Station’s website or social network sites or use the photo in any other way Station sees fit.
•Entrant agrees and acknowledges that Station and contest sponsors and their respective affiliates, parents, employees, agents and all other related sponsors may use for advertising and/or promotional purposes, entrant’s name, image, photo submission, other entry materials and/or biographical information on radio, TV broadcasts, newspaper advertisements, on websites and/or any other medium in connection with participation in this contest or otherwise without the payment of any additional compensation.
•Entrant understands and agrees that Station shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the photo submitted, whether or not the photo is selected as a winner, and entrant agrees to sign any documents requested by Station to evidence such transfer of ownership.
•By submitting a photo in a Station contest, entrant agrees to indemnify Station should any representations and warranties made by entrant herein or in the applicable contest rules prove to be false or inaccurate.
•Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the contest rules are available to him/her at www.b97.com, has had an opportunity to review them before entering this contest and agrees to be legally bound by those contest rules.

3. Only entrant’s pet(s) may be depicted in the photo entered in this contest. No person’s image can be depicted in the photo, no matter how far away or obscured. Any photo with any person depicted in the photo will be ineligible and will be disqualified.

4.Photograph entries must not contain any indecency, profanity or obscenity as determined by Station in its sole discretion. Photograph entries must not contain or depict any registered trade/servicemark or other copyrighted material other than those owned or licensed by the entrants or the Station or a Contest Sponsor. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST AND SUBMITTING PHOTOGRAPH, THE ENTRANT IS REPRESENTING TO STATION THAT THE USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF SUCH PHOTOGRAPH WILL NOT VIOLATE OR INFRINGE UPON THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COPYRIGHTS OF OTHERS. By submitting a picture, Entrants agree to indemnify Station should any representations and warranties in these contest rules prove to be false or inaccurate.

5.Station recommends, but does not require, the photograph of entrant’s pet(s) have a “black and gold” theme. Station is under no obligation to qualify or disqualify entrant photographs based on this recommendation.

6. Station is under NO OBLIGATION to verify whether the entrant who submitted the photograph, selected as the winning entry in this contest, is or is not the legal owner of the pet depicted in the photograph.

7.By entering this contest, Entrants understand and agree that Station may elect to use any entry submitted for entertainment purposes and may choose to comment on, mock, poke fun at, and/or mimic any entry submitted. Entrants waive any right to make any claim against Station or any contest sponsors with respect to any comments - disparaging or otherwise - made regarding such Entrant’s entry.

How to Win
7.The Grand Prize Winner will be determined in the following manner:
i.On Thursday September 22, 2011 by approximately 12pm CT, pictures of up to the first four hundred (400) qualified entries will be posted on-line at the Station’s website at www.b97.com. Listeners will then be able to vote for their favorite pet from among the up to four hundred (400) photos (“Qualifier(s)”) online as many times as they wish (subject to Station’s right to implement limits as set forth in the general contest rules) until Wednesday October 5, 2011 at 5pm (CT). Up to one hundred (100) Qualifiers selected by Station will continue to the next round of the contest based on any lawful criteria Station judges deems desirable. VOTES ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND WILL NOT BE A DETERMINING FACTOR IN THE OUTCOME OF ANY ROUND OF THIS CONTEST. Selection of the entries to go to the next round are in Station’s discretion and Station will take many factors into consideration, including votes as just one of many factors.
a.In the event that fewer than one hundred and one (101) entries are received, this first voting round will not end as scheduled but will continue until the end of the next scheduled voting week in which the planned remaining number of Qualifiers is below the original total. For example, if ninety-nine (99) Qualifiers are verified by Wednesday September, 21, 2011at 5pm CT, voting on such Qualifiers will continue until Wednesday October 19, 2011 at 5pm (CT) and fifty (50) Qualifiers will continue on in the contest.
b.In the event that more than 400 entries are received, those subsequent entries will be disqualified automatically by Station, although Station reserves the right (but not the obligation) to accept some of those disqualified photos as eligible to replace any disqualified entries submitted among the first 400. In such event, subsequent entries will be admitted into this contest in the order in which they were received. But in no event will there be more than a total of 400 entries in this contest.
c.The determination of when entries are received by Station will be based on the information contained in Station’s computer and may not be appealed or contested by any entrant in this contest.
ii.On Thursday October 6, 2011 at approximately 12pm CT, the pictures of the selected (up to) one hundred (100) Qualifiers will be posted on-line at the Station’s website at www.b97.com. Listeners will then be able to vote for their favorite pet from among that contest period’s Qualifiers online as set forth above (i.e. voting will not be determinative) until Wednesday October 19, at 5pm (CT). On or about October 19, 2001 after 5pm, the Station will select up to fifty (50) of the Qualifiers to continue to the next round of the contest based on any lawful criteria Station judges deems desirable as described in subsection (i) above (each a “Quarter-Finalist”).
iii.On Thursday October 20, 2011, by approximately 12 pm CT, the pictures of the remaining fifty (50) Quarter-Finalists will be posted on-line at the Station’s website at www.b97.com. Listeners will then be able to vote for their favorite pet from among that contest period’s Qualifiers online as set forth above (i.e. voting will not be determinative) until Wednesday November 9, 2011 at 5pm (CT). On or about November 9, 2011 after 5pm, the Station will select up to twenty-five (25) of the Quarter-Finalists to continue to the next round of the contest based on any lawful criteria Station judges deems desirable as described in subsection (i) above (each a “Semi-Finalist”).
iv.On Thursday November 10, 2011, by approximately 12 pm CT, the pictures of the remaining twenty-five (25) Semi-Finalists will be posted on-line at the Station’s website at www.b97.com. Listeners will then be able to vote for their favorite pet from among that contest period’s Qualifiers online as set forth above (i.e. voting will not be determinative) until Wednesday November 30 at 5pm (CT). On or about November 30, 2011 after 5pm, the Station will select up to ten (10) of the Semi-Finalists to continue to the next round of the contest based on any lawful criteria Station judges deems desirable as described in subsection (i) above (each a “Finalist”).
v.On Thursday December 1, 2011 by approximately 12pm CT, the pictures of the remaining ten (10) Finalists will be posted on-line at the Station’s website at www.b97.com. Listeners will then be able to vote for their favorite pet from among the Finalists online as set forth above (i.e. voting will not be determinative) until Wednesday December 14 at 5pm (CT).
vi.On Thursday December 15, 2011 the potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected by Station from among the Finalists and his/her name will be announced on the air at approximately 12pm CT on December 15, 2011. The potential Grand Prize Winner need not listen in order to win. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by the Station. Grand Prize Winner will be selected based on evaluation of the submitted photo (in the judge’s subjective opinion as the best) and/or any other any lawful criteria Station judges deem desirable, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these contest rules. Station judges may (but are not obligated to) take the number of votes received into consideration but voting will not be a determining factor in the selection of the winner. Should the potential grand prize winner not meet the eligibility requirements or is disqualified for any other reason, an Alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected by Station but in the event such Alternate Grand Prize Winner does not meet eligibility requirements or is disqualified, no Grand Prize will be awarded in this Contest.

Prize(s)
8.One (1) grand prize, valued at $1750 will be awarded in this Contest. The verified winner in this contest will receive:

• Four (4) Terrace level tickets to the last Saints home game at 12pm CT on January 1, 2012 valued at $200
• Two (2) $475 1-week ultimate suite packages to Camp Bow Wow, valid only at Uptown location and only if dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and passes initial interview/temperament assessment. In the event that the winner’s pet is not a dog or not deemed eligible for this prize, this portion of the prize will be deemed forfeited and no alternative prize, nor cash in the amount of this prize, will be awarded to the winner.
• Twenty $10 Lakeside Shopping Center gift certificates valid at any store in the mall and not redeemable for cash.
• A gift card redeemable for $100 Iams Dog & Cat Food and vouchers for the following merchandise from Lakeside Pets including a Pet Saints jersey, and Saints & LSU pets cheerleader outfit. Vouchers expire 12/31/2012. Total value of all of the foregoing is approximately $200.00.
• $100 Melting Pot Gift Certificate courtesy Toyota of Slidell, valid only at New Orleans location, expires 1/31/12, not valid on holidays and not redeemable for cash or gratuity
• Four (4) $25 Olive Branch Gift Certificate courtesy Toyota of Slidell, expires 12/31/11, valid only at Mid-City location, one coupon per visit, does not include gratuity or change for unused portions and may not be combined with other offers or discounts.

Other Rules Specific to This Contest
10.Notwithstanding the Station’s general contest rules, entrants in this contest must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
